Registration Open for Female Midget AAA Evaluation Camps

Friday, June 24, 2016

Registration for the Female Midget AAA (FMAAA) Evaluation Camps is now open. Each FMAAA team will host an evaluation camp in preparation for the 2016-2017 season. Camps will be held from August 5 – 7, 2016.

Players born in 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 are eligible to attend an evaluation camp. The cost to attend is $200, and registration closes on July 21, 2016. Players must attend the evaluation camp in their home zone in order to be rostered to a FMAAA team for the 2016-2017 season. For more information about FMAAA zones, click here.

The FMAAA program consists of six (6) zone-based teams across the province – the Fraser Valley Rush, Greater Vancouver Comets, Kootenay Wild, Northern Capitals, Thompson-Okanagan Lakers, and Vancouver Island Seals. The teams play a 30 game regular season, followed by the playoffs. The FMAAA Champion has the opportunity to compete for the ESSO Cup, Hockey Canada's National Female Midget Championship.
