National Hockey League (NHL) alumni, hometown heroes and local entertainment will appear at each stop along the way. Ron MacLean will deliver unique hockey stories inside the Sportsnet Mobile Studio every Sunday.
The pre-game show, intermission and post-game will continue to feature NHL alumni, special guests and Sportsnet personalities, and will include features on local NHL players and grassroots stories.
Each destination on the Rogers Hometown Hockey Tour will deliver a jam-packed weekend of free outdoor activities in the heart of each community celebrating all things hockey. Fan favourites such as Sportsnet Be a Broadcaster, Scotiabank Community Locker Room and Dodge Stow ’n Go Challenge will be back, and there will be new GamePlus experiences that will take participants behind the scenes and closer to the stars of the game.
