BC Hockey announced February 2, 2016 that applications are currently being accepted for Major Midget League (MML) team staff positions for the 2016-2017 season. For full job descriptions, please review the Major Midget section of the policy manual (

The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, March 15, 2016. The following positions are available with each MML team:
-
Head Coach
-
Assistant Coach
-
General Manager
-
Trainer
All returning team officials must complete an application form in order to be considered for a position. All applicants, especially any applicants who were not part of the MML in the 2015-2016 season, are required to include detailed information regarding their hockey background.
The MML will be entering its thirteenth year of play next season and has seen tremendous growth since its inception in the 2004-2005 season. This is a great opportunity to get involved with elite Midget hockey.
The MML was established in 2004 to provide elite level 15, 16 and 17 year olds an opportunity to play within their own age group at a high level and be developed for the next level of hockey. These teams have an opportunity each year to compete for the TELUS Cup, Canada’s National Midget Championship. MML alumni who are now in the NHL include Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (Vancouver North West Giants), Ryan Johansen (Vancouver North East Chiefs), Griffin and Sam Reinhart (Vancouver North West Giants), and Brendan Gallagher (Greater Vancouver Canadians).
