Call for Zone Program Coaching Staff
Tuesday, March 7, 2017

BC Hockey announced that team coaching staff applications are currently being accepted for the three  districts recently approved for the Zone Program Pilot Program. The North West District, Okanagan Mainland Amateur Hockey Association (OMAHA) and Yukon District are the three (3) districts approved for 2016-17 season.

The deadline to submit an application is Friday, March 24, 2017.

Apply now

North West will have a Bantam team while the Yukon will have both a Bantam and a Midget team. The Okanagan, who are participating in a second straight season, will have teams in both the Bantam and Midget divisions.

The Zone Program was developed to allow players to play at the highest level.  The project allows districts to provide regional teams and pull from a greater draw zone.
