“We are really excited about the upcoming MML season,” commented MML Coordinator Joe Downing. “From the Showcase Weekends, to the Whitehorse series, to Prince George hosting the TELUS Cup, it’s sure to be an exciting year here in BC. I’m looking forward to watching all of the players grow and develop throughout the course of the season.”
The MML was established in 2004 to provide elite level 15, 16 and 17 year olds an opportunity to play within their own age group at a high level and be developed for the next level of hockey. These teams have an opportunity each year to compete for the TELUS Cup, Canada’s National Midget Championship.
