The U16 programs play an integral role in the development of BC Hockey’s elite level players. Although these camps are identification/tryout camps it is important to note that player development is the primary focus of the program. This forum is the first time Male players are introduced to the High Performance Program (which leads into the Hockey Canada Program of Excellence).

The Female U16 District Camps are the second stage of the Female High Performance Program, and the first time BC Hockey introduces a competitive element to these players.
