Wednesday, April 08, 2009

The Predators A1 from Tri Cities Female Ice Hockey won the ‘ESSO Minor Hockey Night’ contest.  BC Hockey and the Vancouver Canucks Hockey club partnered with ESSO to offer a Minor Hockey team the opportunity to attend a Vancouver Canuck’s game in a luxury box.  The Predators attended the Vancouver Canucks vs. Calgary Flames game last night at GM Place.

The Canucks Centre for BC Hockey received over 200 entries and the Predators were the lucky team to win this opportunity.

The winning team package includes:

  • 24 tickets to the game.
  • Food and beverage package.
  • Plus other additional prizes.

This is another exciting opportunity that the BC Hockey membership has access to through the Canucks Centre for BC Hockey.  Programs are run throughout the hockey season and getting involved can be done by simply going to the BC Hockey website to check out the various contests and programs that are run through the Centre.

The Canucks Centre for BC Hockey is a partnership between the Vancouver Canucks and BC Hockey.  The main objective of the Canucks Centre for BC Hockey is to strengthen the bond between the Vancouver Canucks Hockey Club and the BC Hockey membership.  Working closely with the hockey leaders throughout British Columbia, the Canucks Centre for BC Hockey runs programs that benefit every hockey enthusiast within the province.
