BC HOCKEY RELEASES REFRESHED STRATEGIC PLAN

BC Hockey has launched a refreshed Strategic Plan, building on the success of its 2022–2025 Strategic Plan. The previous Plan provided a strong foundation for the organization and its members, guiding BC Hockey through the years of recovery and growth following the COVID-19 pandemic.  The refreshed Plan builds on that strong foundation, reflects how hockey continues to evolve across our region, and establishes a clear direction for BC Hockey’s work moving forward.

While the Plan has been updated, BC Hockey’s Mission and Values remain unchanged and are closely connected to every aspect of its strategy. Together with the Plan’s supporting pillars, they reinforce a member-first approach to leading, developing and promoting positive lifelong hockey experiences.

“Our Strategic Plan provides us with a shared North Star, helping ensure that our decisions and actions remain purposeful, consistent and focused on our members,” Chair of the BC Hockey Board of Directors Stephanie White said. “It guides not only what we do, but how we do it, while keeping our Mission and Values at the heart of our work supporting hockey throughout B.C. and Yukon.”
