REGISTRATION OPEN FOR YUKON FEMALE JAMBOREE

Saanichton, B.C. – BC Hockey, in partnership with the City of Dawson City, Hockey Yukon, Dawson City Minor Hockey Association and Whitehorse Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce that registration is open for the Yukon Female Hockey Jamboree, which will take place March 31 – April 2, 2023, at the Art and Margaret Fry Recreation Centre in Dawson City, Yukon.

This jamboree is open to female participants who are 5-12 years old. All participants in attendance will receive a BC Hockey jersey and some additional BC Hockey swag.

Please see below for the schedule of events. Specific times will be distributed to participants closer to the date of the event: 

March 31, 2023 – Art and Margaret Fry Recreation Centre, Dawson City, Yukon

• Registration and team building activities and games

April 1, 2023 – Art and Margaret Fry Recreation Centre, Dawson City, Yukon

• On-ice skill session with Hockey Canada Accredited Skills Coach Whitney Juszkiewicz
• Jamboree games

April 2, 2023 – Art and Margaret Fry Recreation Centre, Dawson City, Yukon

• On-ice skill session with Hockey Canada Accredited Skills Coach Whitney Juszkiewicz
• Jamboree games

Jamboree teams will incorporate players of varying skill levels and ages. All participants must be BC Hockey/Hockey Canada Members to participate.

Please note: Full equipment is required before taking the ice. More information will be distributed directly to participants closer to the event.
