Phase One - Step 2: Complete Online Recertification Course

PHASE ONE – STEP 2: Online Recertification Courses

To pre-qualify for registration for an in-person recertification clinic (PHASE – TWO) please complete the online recertification course below that relates to your certification level for the 2025-26 season. This online course must be completed in full in order for you to be eligible to register for the in-person course. This online course takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete and is delivered via the Hockey Canada Learning Lab platform. It is recommended that you complete this online course well in advance of the in-person clinic. 

IMPORTANT:

• Please ensure that you register for the online course that corresponds with the level of certification that you will need for the upcoming season.
• All officials that are 15 years or younger (as of December 31) that were qualified as a Level 1 official last season, will complete the Level 1 online course.
• All officials 16 years or older (as of December 31) that were registered as a Level 1 or Level 2 last season will complete Level 2 online course.
• All officials registered last season at Level 3 will complete the Level 3 online course. 
• All officials that registered as MHP or NHP last season will complete the corresponding MHP or NHP online course.
