REMINDER - OPPORTUNITIES FOR COACHES, TRAINERS, SCOREKEEPERS, AND TIMEKEEPERS AVAILABLE FOR 2026 PROGRAM OF EXCELLENCE CAMPS

REMINDER - BC Hockey’s Program of Excellence (POE) is still accepting applications for coaches, trainers, scorekeepers, and timekeepers for the following POE Camps and Tournaments ahead of the 2026 season.

 

Women's Program of Excellence:

  • U12/14 Camp (three to four coaches and multiple score/time keepers):
  • December 29-30, 2025 - Delta

  • U16/18 Identification Camps (five coaches and three trainers):
  • April 10-12, 2026 - Salmon Arm
  • April 17-19, 2026 - Langley

  

Men's Program of Excellence:

  • U15/U16 Identification Camps (multiple coaches and two trainers per camp):
  • March 20-22, 2026 - Langley, Shawnigan Lake, and Williams Lake
  • March 27-29, 2026 - Delta

  • U16 BC Cup (16 coaches and six trainers):
  • April 16-19, 2026 - Salmon Arm

  • U15 Provincial Tournament (12 coaches and four trainers):
  • May 7-10, 2026 - Penticton

In addition, Men's Team BC is in search of one Goalie Coach for the 2027 Canada Winter Games in Quebec City.

Coaches for POE Camps must be a minimum of Development 1 or High Performance 1 certified. 

Applications for camp positions will remain open until January 15, 2026. Only candidates that are selected will be contacted.
